Terms of Service

Flow²Market is an autonomous AI marketing platform provided as a SaaS subscription. We reserve the right to modify the service with reasonable notice.

You must be 18+. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Fees are charged in advance monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

Consumers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right that is waived when you request immediate service.

You may not use Flow²Market for illegal activity, IP infringement, malware, fraud, or to bypass our security measures.

Your IP. You retain ownership of everything you upload.

AI outputs. We assign to you all rights to AI-generated content, but outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or protectable.

Our IP. The platform and technology are our property.

AI outputs are provided “as is.” They may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected content. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, compliance with platform policies, or specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim. This does not limit liability for gross negligence, intent, or death/injury.

You may terminate at any time via settings. We may terminate for violation of terms or non-payment. Upon termination, data is deleted within 30 days except where legally required.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of Amsterdam. As a consumer, you retain protection under mandatory local law.
